Beauty and the Beams
Located in the West Town neighborhood of Chicago, this project involved a 2-½ story, 4,300 sq. ft. single-family home that was built in 2007. Our scope involved a 3rd story addition, outdoor living, ancillary interiors, and extensive custom fabrication of a complex structural steel and curtain wall system. Ultimately, we were able to structurally reinforce the building while creating additional living space that provided a seamless integration with the contemporary aesthetic of the interior and exterior of the home.
