Allyson Case Anderson,

Allyson is a Certified Passive House Builder and keynote presenter at major international conferences. Her career spans residential development, commercial work, education, hospitality, light industrial, and institutional projects. Her work sits at the intersection of building science, civic responsibility, and real-world delivery.
Allyson has served on multiple boards, councils, and advisory committees at the local, national, and international levels. Most notably, she served on the Steering Committee under former City of Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot, where she helped guide the passage of the City’s Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) ordinances through City Council. This effort was recognized as a prototype across the nation.
Her experiences reinforce a core belief that continues to guide Integro today: how we build has a direct impact on who is able to stay, grow, and thrive in our communities.
Allyson is also co-founder of an international all-female builder thinktank, BuildHer, formed to inspire, uplift, and educate female builders globally.
