Lakeshore Sunset Getaway
This project involved the new construction of an approximately 3,300SF single family home on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan in Fennville, Michigan. Significant portions of this narrow lot contained federally protected wetlands which required extensive site management and complex civil engineering for stormwater and septic design. The architectural and interiors design featured a contemporary aesthetic which combined sustainable materials with luxury finishes.
